Timothy Mudie is a writer and editor in the Boston area. After graduating from Hamilton College with a degree in Creative Writing in 2005, and Emerson College with a Master of Arts degree in Writing, Literature and Publishing in 2009, he began work as an editorial assistant at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Over the next nine years, he worked his way up to assistant editor. In addition to editing a variety of backlist titles and reissues, he acquired titles of his own, primarily focusing on thrillers and mysteries.
As a writer, Timothy had his first paid fiction sale in 2007 and has been publishing steadily ever since. See above for a selection of his sales over the years.
Timothy lives outside of Boston with his wife and son. In addition to writing and editing, he loves to spend time inundated in all things pop-culture, from books to movies to TV to video games. He also enjoys hiking, playing with his son, cooking, and visiting craft breweries.
